Depending on your interaction with SynapseLink, we may collect:

• Identity and contact details: last name, first name, company, role, phone, e-mail;
• User accounts: credentials and login settings for the applications;
• Technical data: IP address, connection data, logs, browser and device information;
• Support: the content of your support requests and related exchanges;
• Subscriptions and billing: subscribed offers, billing and payment information;
• Application data: data entered by you or your organisation into SynapseLink applications;
• AI interactions: content and instructions submitted to AI Agents and AI features.

Your data is used for:

• account and access management;
• operating the applications and services;
• support and assistance;
• billing and subscription management;
• security, fraud and abuse prevention;
• the commercial relationship and follow-up of requests;
• continuous improvement of the services;
• providing AI features.

Depending on the case, processing relies on the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures, compliance with legal obligations, SynapseLink's legitimate interest (security, service improvement), or your consent where required.

Two roles must be distinguished:

• SynapseLink, publisher and provider of the applications;
• the business customer, who uses a SynapseLink application for its own activities.

Where SynapseLink acts as a processor on behalf of a customer, the respective responsibilities are set out in the applicable contract.

Some features rely on AI Agents, large language models (LLMs) and AI APIs.

To provide these features, all or part of the content you submit may be transmitted to third-party AI technology providers, which process it in order to generate a response.

AI providers are selected for their security and confidentiality commitments. The exact processing conditions may depend on the provider used and are specified, where applicable, in the customer's contract.

Your data may be shared with authorised SynapseLink staff and with technical providers acting on its behalf (Cloud hosting, AI providers, payment tools, support), limited to their tasks. It is not sold to third parties.

Data is kept for the time necessary to achieve the purposes, then archived or deleted in accordance with applicable legal obligations (in particular accounting and tax obligations).

SynapseLink implements appropriate technical and organisational measures (access control, encryption in transit, logging, backups) to protect data against unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure.

Some providers (Cloud hosting, AI providers) may process data outside your country. In that case, appropriate safeguards are sought in accordance with applicable regulations.

Subject to applicable regulations, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection, as well as a right to data portability.

To exercise these rights: contact@synapselink.app. If you use an application as an employee or customer of an organisation, please contact that organisation first, as controller of its own data.
